Returns

You may return any unused goods in their original packaging or alternative packaging to the standard that the goods were received in, within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please contact us for collection.

Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are packaged and returned to us safely & in a saleable condition. Once we receive the goods, we will process your refund. The most cost-effective way to return goods is to use our courier. Please note, you will be required to cover the cost of the return carriage (even when original delivery may have been free of charge). This will be £100 and will be deducted from your refund.

If the return is required as a result of our error or damage to the goods there is no collection charge. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order is damaged or there are any discrepancies. You can contact us by email enquiries@thebrandedfurnitureco.com or Live Chat.
