How Long Does It Take to Make & Deliver My Order?

Each Piece is Handmade Made-to-Order 

Every single piece of Orla Kiely Upholstery is hand-made to order in the UK by our skilled craftspeople. By making each piece to order, allows us to offer the option to customise the colour & pattern of your product, creating an authentic and original Orla Kiely look for your home. 

As with the nature of a product that is made-to-order, our estimated delivery timescale varies throughout the year dependent on order levels and gathering of materials to produce your furniture. 

Estimated Timescale 

Prior to ordering we’ll advise an estimated production timescale, which can often vary by up to 2 weeks. Should there be any significant change to the estimated timescale, we will advise you of this during the production process. 

Dispatched to Courier 

After production is finalised, we’ll dispatch your product to our approved courier partner, who will then make contact with you shortly after to arrange a suitable delivery slot. 

As dates are subject to change, we advise not to dispose of any old furniture until the point of your order being dispatched to our courier. 

How to Get Updates Ahead of Delivery? 

In the meantime, once you have placed your order, sit back, relax, and let us do all the hard work! We will not contact you unless there is a significant change in the expected lead time.
