Great News Part 1 - Our manufacturing partner here in the UK have resumed production. Whilst social distancing is observed at the factory our delivery times are extended to 14 to 15 weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.
Great News Part 2 - We have extended our delivery area to include the Scottish Highlands.
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders over £500
Orders under £500 will have a £20 delivery charge added at checkout.
Delivery Date Information :-
Orders placed before 5pm on 9th September = 12 / 13 Weeks
Orders placed from 5pm on 9th September to 4th October = 17 / 18 Weeks
Orders placed from 5th October to 1st November = 14 / 15 Weeks
All our sofas and beds are handmade to order right here in Britain and we aim to manufacture and deliver them to you in 14 to 15 weeks. We only deliver to Mainland GB addresses in England, Scotland and Wales, including the Scottish Highlands, we do not deliver to Scottish Islands or the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland or Eire. We do not currently deliver outside of the UK. If you live outside the patterned area shown on the map please contact us and we can direct you to a nearby retailer for you to make your purchase. We deliver on weekdays between 7am and 6pm - we do not deliver at weekends or late evenings. Delivery of your new upholstery will be on a pre booked date within a 2-hour delivery window, arranged to suit you. Delivery to the 3rd floor and above can only be carried out if a working lift is available. Your order will be set it up in your room of choice and any packaging will be removed if required. Beds are provided with clear instructions as they require home assembly.
Please make sure your furniture will physically fit in your home and through narrow hallways or doors, we offer advice on the ‘Will it fit ?’ section of the website. We do have to charge for orders that cannot be delivered so please check the dimensions carefully. You must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice should you not be able to take delivery on the agreed date and time, failure to do so may result in administration charges. Failure to respond to our delivery partner to arrange a convenient delivery day will also result in your order being cancelled and your refund will be less a £50 failed delivery fee. Every effort will be made to contact you before this occurs.
