2021 Delivery Information
All our sofas and beds are handmade to order right here in Britain and we aim to manufacture and deliver them to you in around __DELIVERY__. Our delivery dates are intended to be used as guidance only. Our courier partner will agree an accurate delivery slot with you approximately 1 week prior to delivery. We recommend that you keep your old furniture until you have a confirmed delivery date arranged with our partners, BJS.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to UK Mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales, including the Scottish Highlands, however unfortunately we do not deliver to Scottish Islands.
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders over £500 to the above locations. All orders under £500 will have a £20 delivery charge added at checkout.
We also deliver to some Offshore UK addresses including, Northern Island and Eire, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey. Please note, a delivery surcharge will be added at checkout, including a £20 delivery charge for all orders under £500.
If you live outside the patterned area shown on the map please contact us and we can direct you to a nearby retailer for you to make your purchase.
We deliver on weekdays between 7am and 6pm - we do not deliver at weekends or late evenings. Delivery of your new upholstery will be on a pre booked date within a 2-hour delivery window, arranged to suit you. Delivery to the 3rd floor and above can only be carried out if a working lift is available. Your order will be set up in your room of choice and any packaging will be removed if required. Beds are provided with clear instructions as they require home assembly.

Please make sure your furniture will physically fit in your home and through narrow hallways or doors, we offer advice on the ‘Will it fit ?’ section of the website. We do have to charge for orders that cannot be delivered so please check the dimensions carefully. You must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice should you not be able to take delivery on the agreed date and time, failure to do so may result in administration charges. Failure to respond to our delivery partner to arrange a convenient delivery day will also result in your order being cancelled and your refund will be less a £50 failed delivery fee. Every effort will be made to contact you before this occurs.
You may return any unused goods in their original packaging or alternative packaging to the standard that the goods were received in, within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please contact us for collection.
Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are packaged and returned to us safely & in a saleable condition. Once we receive the goods, we will process your refund. The most cost-effective way to return goods is to use our courier. Please note, you will be required to cover the cost of the return carriage (even when original delivery may have been free of charge). This will be £100 (for Mainland UK addresses) and will be deducted from your refund. If you require us to collect from a Offshore UK address, this price will vary. Please contact us for the cost of return carriage from an Offshore UK address.
If the return is required as a result of our error or damage to the goods there is no collection charge. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order is damaged or there are any discrepancies. You can contact us by email email@example.com or Live Chat.
